Return & Refund Policy (Health Kits / Test Kits)

  • Due to hygiene, safety, and medical sensitivity, all health kits and test kits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/video).
  • After verification, eligible cases may be resolved through replacement or refund as applicable.
  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
